The program material is delivered via video lessons that have been organized into step by step weekly modules for you to access at a time that is convenient for you. You’ll also receive supporting resources to enhance your learning experience. Additionally we will meet virtual 1 x weekly via Zoom in a small group community session.
MindBody Nutrition Reset is a 12 week program.
