Ingredients
- 5 lemons, juice
- 1 1/2 cups ginger root, chopped
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high for ~ 1 minute until juice turns a bright yellow hue.
- Strain juice through a sieve into a large bowl to separate juice from the ginger pulp.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon into at least 1 cup of sparkling water and enjoy.
- Store the remaining juice in refrigerator for 5-7 days or pour ginger juice into an ice cube tray to freeze overnight. Then use one cube in your drink, smoothie or soup recipe.
