Maca Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats,
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maca root powder
- 1 handful mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F, line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add oats, walnuts and maca to food processor, blend on low until crumble forms then pour in maple syrup and olive oil.
- Transfer dough to parchment paper and form a square by pressing out and shaping with your hands or spatula.
- Press mini chocolate chips into the dough.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, let cool before cutting. Enjoy!
